最近われわれは,婦人科手術を契機に重複尿管のうち後部尿道に開口していた1本の尿管と腟との間に尿瘻が形成され,このため尿失禁を来した症例を経験した。
A 54-year-old female with urinary incontinence was referred to our clinic on Jan. 13, 1984. She had been well until 14 years previously when she underwent hysterectomy for myoma uteri. On physical examination, a small opening of the fistula was found at the anterior vaginal wall near the surgical stump. IVP disclosed duplication of the left renal pelvis and ureter. On cystoscopy bilateral ureteral orifices were found at the normal position. Left retrograde pyeloureterography failed to delineate the upper polor pelvis and ureter, while they were pictured by fistulography from the vaginal opening.
