  • Abstract

A 4-year-old boy was admitted because of an abnormal appearance of the external genitalia. The penis was incurbed and fused with the scrotum. Mild degree of phimosis was noted. His penile shaft was normal in size and shape without cord-like substance by palpation. He had no other anomalies and an excretory urogram was normal. The penis was separated from the scrotum using the V-shaped incision to the webbed skin and closure of the wound was made longitudinally to the penile shaft. The appearance of the penis was excellent 10 days and 1 year postoperatively.

This is the first case report of webbed penis without chordee in Japan.
