緒言

　私達は両側停留睾丸で左腹腔睾丸に発生した絨毛上皮腫の1症例を経験したので若干の文献的考察を加えて報告する。

A 36 year-old male was admitted to a local hospital with the chief complaint of dyspnea and bloody sputum on March 11, 1971.

Bilateral undescended testicle, azoospermia and gynecomastia was found, and metastatic lung tumor was pointed out by chest x-ray, and referred to our clinic on April 2 of the same year.

Hormon analysis of urine, showed a positive Gonabis test, gonadotropin content 27,000 units and 17-OHCS was 423mg/day. Tumor rising from the left abdominal testis was removed by surgery on the diagnosis of testicular chorionepithelioma.
