東北大学泌尿器科学教室における原発性尿管癌35例の臨床統計的観察

CLINICAL EXAMINATION ON 35 CASES OF PRIMARY URETERAL CARCINOMA

緒言

　原発性尿管癌は比較的稀な疾患とされていたが，近年その報告例は増加の傾向がみられる。東北大学泌尿器科学教室でも黒沢ら^1）が，1959年4月から1971年3月までの12年間に経験した20例についてすでに報告しているが，その後1976年3月までの5年間にさらに15例を経験している。よつて今回は前報告例20症例と今回の15症例とをあわせた35症例について，その治療成績，予後を中心にして統計的観察を行なつたのでここに報告する。

Clinical diagnosis, postoperative prognosis associated with pathohistology of tumor, and recurrence in the urinary bladder, were examined on 35 cases of primary ureteral carcinoma, experienced in our department in the past 17 years from April of 1959 to March of 1976.

The rate of accurate clinical diagnosis was 57.1%, and was a major problem. The over-all 5-year survival rate of 35 patients was 45%. 5-year survival rate of the case with simple nephroureterectomy was 60%, but the case with nephroureterectomy plus additional partial cystectomy had a little longer survival rate of 75%.
