腸間膜嚢腫，Grawitz腫瘍を合併し，肋骨転移を来した右腎原発の血管線維肉腫の1剖検例

AN AUTOPSY CASE OF ANGIOFIBROMA OF RIGHT KIDNEY WITH RIB METASTASIS AND MESENTERIC CYST

はじめに

　腎に発生する腫瘍の中で，良性腫瘍は稀ではないが，普通は無症状で剖検時に発見されることが多い。一方，悪性非上皮性腫瘍（肉腫）は極めて稀である。

　本稿は，右腎に発生した血管線維肉腫の左第9肋骨への転移を初発症状とし，右腎にはGrawitz腫瘍を合併していた極めて稀で，盲腸間膜にも腸間膜嚢腫を合併していた症例を経験したので報告する。

A-77-year old female, admitted with complaint of left 9 th costal tumor with left breast and back pain. Intravenous pyelography revealed mild dilatation of pelvis and marginal unclearness, however, final diagnosis of renal tumor was not obtained until her death. She died about 3 weeks after hospitali-zation and autopsy was performed.

In the upper pole of the right kidney, a white colored hard tumor, 10 x 7 cm in size, with com-position of yellowish-white legion in the hilar region was found. Histologically, the tumor was diagnosed as angiofibrosarcoma with combination of lesion showing so-called Grawitz tumor of clear cell type.
