限局性尿道アミロイド症の1例

LOCALISED AMYLOIDOSIS OF THE URETHRA:REPORT OF A CASE

はじめに

　従来アミロイド症は本邦では稀な疾患とされていたが，近年この疾患に関する認識の向上と共に次第に報告が増し，今日では決して稀な疾患ではなくなつた。しかし，その大部分は全身各器官，組織に多発性に起こるアミロイド症であり，一つの器官のみに限局性に腫瘤を形成する型のものは少ない。泌尿器のみに限局するものは本邦文献上，Sato（1957）^5）の腎盂尿管に限局する1例と永田ら（1969）^6）の尿管の1例の計2例のみである。われわれは最近尿道に限局するアミロイド症の1例を経験した。尿道アミロイド症は世界文献上，過去9例しか報告されていない。

Patient is a 27 year old male clerk who visited a urological clinic with the chief complaint of dysuriaand terminal hematuria. He was admitted to the Urological clinic of Hokkaido University for urethralstricture due to continuous multiple induration of the entire anterior urethra, vesical ulcer with contractedbladder and bleeding, bilateral vesicoureteral reflux and urinary infection, in April 1974. Transurethralbiopsy of the strictured urethra was done after the urinary infection was controlled.
