Many cases of sex-chromosomal anomalies were reported previously, but abnormalities associatedwith XO/XY/XYY triple mosaicism are considered very rare.

This case is a 20 year-old man, who visited the Urological Department of Gifu University Hospitalon March 9, 1974, with the chief complaint of anomaly of external genitalia. Hypospadia and rightundescended testis were found. Vesiculogram showed crossed ectopic seminal vesicle and crossed spermaticduct. By chromosomal examination, sex-chromosomal anomaly was identified; as 45, XO/46, XY/47,XYY triple mosaicism. I.Q.(WAIS) was 63(moron).
