性染色体構成XYYを示した尿道下裂兼停留睾丸の1例

A CASE OF HYPOSPADIA WITH UNDESCENDED TESTIS SHOWING SEX CHROMOSOME "XYY"

緒言

　XYY症候群は1961年Sandberg et al．が第1例目を報告し^1），その後は散発的な報告がみられていた。しかし，最近刑務所，精神病院などの特殊施設でかなりの頻度でみられることより，犯罪，非行と関連して本症候群が注目されるようになつた。われわれは最近，性染色体構成XYYを示した尿道下裂兼停留睾丸の1例を経験したので，ここに報告する。

Case is a three and a half year old boy, who visited the Urological Department of Niigata Uni-versity Hospital on February 26, 1970, with the chief complaint of anomaly of external genitalia. Physical findings, blood tests, urinalysis, serum electrolytes I. V. P. findings, showed no abnormality, except hypospadia, left undescended testicle and sex chromosome showing 47, XYY of peripheral blood. I.Q. was within normal limits. Chordectomy was done on March 16, for hypospadia and biopsy of right testicle was done at the same time. Postoperative course was uneventful.
