緒言
陰茎折症は稀な疾患とされていたが，ここ数年報告例は増加の傾向にある。最近われわれは本症の1例を経験したのでその概要を述べるとともに，若干の文献的考察を行なつたので報告する。
The case is a 50 year-old man, who suffered penis fracture during sexual intercourse in the early morning of December 30, 1977. The penis was bent to the dorsal side at 1.5 cm proximal from the coronary sulcus. Surgery was performed under general anesthesia 5 hours after the trauma. Postoperative course was uneventfull, and slight penile erection was noticed on the 5 th postoperative day and erection occurred every morning after 8 th day. Now, he is able to perform sexual intercourse as he had before injury. Our case is the 145 th case of the penis fracture reported in Japan.
