尿管損傷の1例

URETERAL INJURY DUE TO EXTERNAL VIOLENCE:A CASE REPORT

緒言

　近年尿路の非外傷性破裂についての報告も散見されるが^1〜5），非開放性外傷に伴う尿管損傷例もきわめてまれと考えられる^15，26，27）。最近われわれは交通事故による右尿管損傷の1例を経験したので報告するとともに若干の考察を加える。

A 18-year-old boy was admitted to the hospital after automobile accident on May 5, 1974. He was operated immediately and diagnosed as rupture of the liver and diaphragm at surgery. After two weeks, he was consulted by a urologist for high fever and swelling of right loin. Hematuria was slight. Excretory urography revealed prompt excretion bilaterally with a slightly dilated collecting system and extravasation of contrast medium on the right side. A retrograde pyelogram confirmed the findings of extravasation. Right ureteral catheterization and retroperitoneal drainage was done, but leakage continued.
