緒言
中心静脈栄養は重症外科患者および小児外科ではすでに一般化した治療となつたが，腎不全の治療としてはいまだ発表が少ない。最近，われわれは急性腎不全患者の中心静脈栄養中に高血糖性非ケトン性の意識障害を生じた3例を経験したので報告する。
We have experienced three cases of acute renal failure who lapsed into Hyperosmolar Nonketotic Diabetic Coma (HNDC) after receiving intravenous hyperalimentation.
Numerous etiologic factors of HNDC have been reported, but Diabetes mellitus is not always in medical hystory.
