最近，われわれは類白血病性反応を呈した腎腺癌のまれな症例を経験したので，臨床所見と剖検所見をあわせて報告する。
A 79-year-old man visited our clinic on March 26, 1974 with a 3-months history of fever, pyuria, left flank pain and anorexia. Left nonvisualizing kidney was shown on IVP. Suspected of left renal tumor associated with pyelonephritis, a left nephroureterectomy was performed on April 4. The histological diagnosis was adenocarcinoma of the left kidney.
From the fifth postoperative day, fever, anorexia, pyuria and arrhythmia recurred. The hematological studies revealed, hyperchromic anemia, reticulocytosis and more marked leukocytosis with a shift to the left and jaundice appeared.
