緒言

　腎の種々の先天性嚢胞性疾患に関して，その名称，定義，分類などについてはいまなお多少の混乱がみられる。その中の一疾患であるcongenitalunilateral multicystic kidneyは　Spence^1）の詳細な臨床病理学的検索にもとづく報告以来，polycystickidneyや　multilocular cyst of kidneyなどの嚢胞性疾患とは区別されるべき独立した疾患であるとの考えは，多くの支持を受けている。

　近年本症に関する認識が深まるとともに報告例は次第に増加しており，筆者の一人久住ら^2）も既に1例の報告を行なつている。最近われわれは，対側腎の水腎症および両側の膀胱尿管逆流現象を伴つた本症の1例を経験したので報告する。

A 10-year-old girl who underwent nephrostomy for hydronephrosis of the left kidney at another hospital was admitted for the purpose of further urological intervention. IVP showed non-functioning right kidney, and retrograde pyelography revealed blind-ending ureter on the right side and obstructive narrowing of the renal pelvic outlet on the left. Voiding urethrocystogram showed bilateral vesicoureteral reflux. Left pyeloplasty was performed on August 20, 1973 for the obstruction at the pelvic outlet. Right nephroureterectomy and left antireflux operation (Gregoir's method) were simultaneously performed on May 10, 1974.
