Zuckerkandl器官に発生した副腎外褐色細胞腫—電顕的観察

EXTRA-ADRENAL PHEOCHROMOCYTOMA OF THE ORGAN OF ZUCKERKANDL:REPORT OF AN AUTOPSY CASE WITH ELECTRON MICROSCOPIC OBSERVATIONS

緒言

　褐色細胞腫は副腎髄質のクロム親和性組織あるいは副腎外のクロム親和性組織から発生する腫瘍で，比較的まれであるが，とくに副腎外に発生する褐色細胞腫は極めてまれである。私どもは43歳の婦人の後腹膜の下腸間膜動脈起始部のZucker-kandl器官に発生した副腎外褐色細胞腫の剖検例を経験し，電顕的に腫瘍細胞内に分泌顆粒を証明することができたので報告する。

An autopsy case of a 43-year-old woman with extra-adrenal pheochromocytoma of the organ of Zuckerkandl was reported. Clinically, she had suffered from hypertension, headache and hyperhidrosisfor three years and six months. On physical examination, both urinary and blood cathecholamines (especially norepinephrine) were elevated.

The surgically resected tumor was a hen's egg size and soft with reddish brown color. Histologically, the tumor cells had granular cytoplasm with occasional brown color in the Zenker's solution-fixed tissue.
