緒言

　腎動静脈瘻は比較的まれな疾患であり，現在までに約150例が報告されているにすぎない。

　本症は先天性あるいは後天性にわけられるが，先天性としたものについては後天性とする原因が認められなかつたことをその根拠とするものが多い。組織像から積極的に先天性としたのはこれまで数例に過ぎず，その先天性とした根拠を詳細に報告している例はない。

A case of congenital renal arteriovenous fistula in a 57 year old female, was reported. She was admitted for bleeding from left upper urinary tract which was confirmed by cystoscopic examination. No abnormality was found by excretory urography but irregullary dilated and tortous groups of blood vessels at the lower middle part of left kidney was noticed by the arterial stage of selective renal angiogram and pooling of dye with outline of drainage vein was noticed by the nephrogram stage. The diagnosis of left renal arteriovenous fistula was established and nephrectomy was performed.
