  • Abstract
  • Look Inside

A case of renovascular hypertension due to dissecting aortic aneurism in a 55 year old male was reported. Patient was admitted for syncope with normal blood pressure and renal function but abdo-minal aortography was performed for sudden elevated blood pressure and atrophy of right kidney 1 month later. Double space findings of the abdominal aorta (true and false space), with right renal ishcemia was found suspecting right renovascular hypertension caused by dissecting aortic aneurysm. Right nephrectomy was performed without confirming the left renal condition by bilateral venous blood PRA due to poor condition of the patient.
