子宮頸癌術後の排尿障害に関するわれわれの新しい二知見

OUR TWO NEW FINDINGS ON POSTOPERATIVE URINARY DISTURBANCE BY CERVICAL CANCER OF THE UTERUS

まえがき

　子宮頸癌に対する手術療法後の排尿障害が強く頑固であるのは衆知のことであるが，子宮頸癌5年治癒者における遠隔予後については未だよくわかつていない状態である。

　また最近は子宮頸癌が早期に発見される場合が多く，このような症例の大部分に対しては従来の広汎性子宮全摘術（広汎術）にかわつて準広汎性子宮全摘術（準広汎術）が適用されるのが普通であるが，本術式後の排尿障害については不明である。

Recent problems on dysuria secondary to treatment for cervical cancer of the uterus were discussed and results of our studies were reported.

The delayed prognosis of dysuria and its relation to cause of death were studied on 98 cases of 5 year survival with cervical cancer. Moderate urinary disturbance after extensive radical hysterectomy were noticed in 15% at the upper urinary tract and approximatly 50% in the lower urinary tract. Pyelone-phritis was noticed in approximately 10%. These results were almost the same incidence compaired to the results 5 years after surgery for cervical cancer.
