腎異常血管に起因する水腎症の1例

A CASE OF HYDRONEPHROSIS CAUSED BY AN ABERRANT RENAL ARTERY BRANCH

緒言

　水腎症の原因の一つに，腎およびその周辺の異常血管が尿管を圧迫するとによる尿通過障害がある。腎血管造影法が普及してきた現在，この種の報告例は増加の傾向にあるが，いまだ比較的珍しい疾患とされている。われわれは腎異常血管に起因する水腎症を最近経験したので報告する。

A case of hydronephrosis due to aberrant blood vessel of the kidney in a 22 year old male was reported. The aberrant blood vessel was a small artery branching from the midportion of left renal artery distributing the lower pole of the left kidney. This aberrant blood vessel was oppressing the ureteropelvic junction from the anterior side and therefore the blood vessel was ligated and dissected together with left nephropexsy which was performed since it had almost no relation to the renal blood flow. Hydronephro sisshowed remarkable improvement after surgery.
