長期観察による小腸環膀胱形成術の評価

EVALUATION OF SCHEELE'S ILEAL RING PLASTY BASED ON FOLLOW-UP STUDY

はじめに

　わが国におけるScheele小腸環膀胱形成術は，1942年の楠の第1例以後しばらく追試されなかつたが，1951年に土屋^2）が結核性萎縮膀胱に対する3例を報告してから急速に普及した。

　しかし，近年ではCap-patchないしCup-patch法が用いられるようになり，小腸環を吻合する方式は忘れられつつある。この論文の目的は，Scheeleの手術がもはや忌避すべき術式であるのか，既に適用された数多い症例はどのような経過をたどつていくのかについて，長期観察例に対する調査をもとに知見を提供しようとするものである。

The condition of urination on 20 cases of Scheele's ileal ring plasty after 3 to 20 years was evaluated.

80% has no complaints in their daily life but only half of the cases are urinating satisfactory in the stand point of the urologist. The unsatisfactory points are mostly frequent urination, frequent interruption of urinary stream and the necessity of adding pressure by urination.
