緒言
1963年イギリスのJohnston J．H．がはじめてloop cutaneous ureterostomyという手術方法を発表して以来，欧米の文献にはいくつかの症例報告がみとめられるが1〜7），本邦の文献にはまだ臨床報告がないようである。われわれは尿管瘤の患児に対して一時的にloop cutaneous ureterostomyをおこなつた症例を経験したので報告する。
A case of ureterocele causing hydro-nephrosis and hydroureter in a 1 year old boy was presented. This case was treated with loop cutaneous ureterostomy as a temporary urinary diversion.
Loop cutaneous ureterostomy is simple to perform and an excellent form of urinary diversion for extremely dilated and tortuous ureter.
