緒言

　腎血管腫は，血尿のほか一般に自覚的苦痛を認めぬため術前の確定診断が困難であり，従来その報告例は少ない。最近，孤立性腎嚢胞に血管腫を合併した極めて稀な症例を経験したので，若干の文献的考察を加え報告する。

Patient is a 57 year old house wife with the chief complaint of asymptomatic hematuria and nothing particular in the family and past history. The present illness started suddenly about one month before her first visit to our clinic, when she noticed painful swelling of the entire left lower extremity, diagnosed and admitted to the orthopedic department for thrombosis for 2 weeks and treated with drugs dilating the peripheral blood vessels and anticoagulant. Physical findings revealed no angioma of the skin and mucosa, blood pressure 142/90 mmHg.
