はじめに
尿路感染症の診断には，尿中細菌の検索，なかんずく菌数の定量は不可欠の手段である。しかしながら，定量培養法という標準手段は意外に手間がかかるため，どこでも行ないうるというものではない。したがつて，現在まで数多くの簡便法が紹介されてきたが，満足すべきものはないといつてもよい。今回われわれはDip Slide法を検討する機会を得たので，以下これを紹介し，御批判を得たいと考える。
Dip slide method for simple qualitative evaluation of bacteriuria was studied. The standard plate method was compared to dip slide method on 50 fresh urine specimens, in 37 degree centigrade for 24 hours (partly 48 hours), 25 degree puls minus 5 degree for 24 hours and 20 degree plus minus 7 degree for 24 hours (partly 48 hours).
