緒言

　先天性前部尿道弁は比較的稀な疾患で，本邦では1933年大塚ら^1）が第1例目を報告して以来自験例を含めて27例を数えるだけである。

　今回，本症の1例を経験したので若干の文献的考察を加えて報告する。

A case of anterior urethral valve recently encountered in our clinic was described, with some review of the literature on twenty-seven cases of the condition reported in this country.

A 13-year-old man with a chief complaint of dysuria was first seen at this clinic on August 30, 1972, because of asymptomatic terminal hematuria but there was no significant finding on examination by intravenous pyelography. He was not seen thereafter until a revisit with the complaint of hesitancy of urination on January 8, 1979.
