尿管腫瘍の画像診断

ONCOLOGIC IMAGING OF THE PRIMARY URETERAL TUMOR

緒言

　尿管腫瘍は上部尿路腫瘍の約1％と稀な疾患であり^1），また，種々の泌尿器科学的診断技法を用いても術前に正確な診断をつけることが難しく，泌尿器科疾患の中で最も診断困難な疾患の一つとされている^2〜4）。今回，われわれは原発性尿管腫瘍と診断された者24名を対象として各種画像診断を中心に臨床的検討を加えたので，これを報告する。

A total of 24 cases of primary ureteral tumor were studied clinically and the values of several diagnostic techniques were evaluated. Excretory urography (IVP) and retrograde ureterography showed positive results in 87.5% and 94.4% respectively. Antegrade pyelography was performed on 4 cases with positive results in 3 of them. All of these three imaging techniques were highly effective in diagnosis. Muscular invasion was found in 65.0% of the cases who showed non-visualizing kidney or hydronephrosis on IVP. The findings on IVP correlated well with the tumor stage.
