緒言

　精索の結核性病変は原発性および続発性に大別され，原発性精索結核は，比較的まれとされている。本邦においては，1923年の深瀬^1）の報告以来，われわれの集め得た限りでは94例の報告がある。われわれは最近，本症例の2例を経験したので若干の統計的観察を加えて報告する。

Case 1: A 66 year old male visited our clinic with the chief complaint of left scrotal mass and orchidectomy was performed for suspicious tumor of spermatic cord.

Case 2: A 45 year old male visited our clinic with the chief complaint of painful indurated scrotal mass and epididymectomy with removal of a mass of spermatic cord, found during surgery, was done for suspected tuberculosis of epididymis. The mass in both cases were thumb-tip size, rising from spermatic cord, and was advanced tuberculosis by histology.
