緒言
尿膜管癌は比較的まれな疾患であるが，著者らは最近，尿中への粘液様物質の排泄を主訴として来院し，組織学的にムチン分泌性尿膜管腺癌と診断された1例を経験したので報告する。
A 47 year old male visited our clinic with the chief complaint of voiding gelatin-like mucous sub-stance in the urine and urinalysis showed mucous sediment, positive protein with microscopic hemato-pyuria. Cytology of urine showed cell mass of columnar epithelium. One walnut-sized papillary tumor with pedicle was found at the dome of the bladder by cystoscopic examination and surgery was performed on October 13, 1971 for suspicious urachal tumor.
