膀胱線維腫の1例

FIBROMA OF THE URINARY BLADDER: Report of a Case

Ⅰ．緒言

　膀胱の非上皮性良性腫瘍は，比較的稀れとされているが，最近われわれは，右腎盂尿管結石，前立腺肥大症を合併した膀胱線維腫の1例を経験したので，文献的考察を加えて報告する。

A 62 years old male visited our clinic complaining hematuris and dysuria, was examined and a round, walnut sized, pedunculated tumor was found at the base of the bladder, which was removed by suprapubic cystostomy.

The removed specimen weighed 20g and was diagnosed as soft fibroma, histopathologically. This case was complicated by prostatic hypertrophy and right pyeloureteral calculi.

79 cases of benign nonepithelial bladder tumors were collected from the Japanese literature and 12 of them were fibroma. Statistical studies on these cases were reported.
