Ⅰ．緒言
我々は諸検査により術前に確定診断を下し，手術により治癒せしめ得た副腎腺腫によるクッシング症候群の3例を経験したので報告する。
Three cases of Cushing's syndrome due to unilateral adrenal adenoma were reported. Location of the tumor was successfully diagnosed in each case by pneumoretroperitoneum combined with tomography and/or by the delayed film after angiography. The tumors were easily extirpated by unilateral exposure without any postoperative disturbances. Blood volume determination was performed in each case. No change was observed on red cell mass between pre- and postoperative data, although a considerable reduction of plasma volume was noted after the operation.
