尿道カルンケルの臨床病理学的検索—とくに再発との関係

CLINICAL PATHOLOGY OF THE URETHRAL CARUNCLE WITH SPECIAL REFERENCE TO THE POSTOPERATIVE RECURRENCE

緒言

　尿道カルンケル（urethral caruncle）は現在一つの臨床的疾患（clinical entity）として取扱われている。しかし，病理組織学的には必ずしも単一の所見を呈してはおらず，これを病理学的な疾患（pathological entity）としてよいかどうかについてはなお異論がある（Herbut, 1952^1）など，後述を参照）。

　著者は東京医科歯科大学泌尿器科学教室において最近10年間に診療した203例のうち，病理組織学的検索を行なつた59例の成績をもとに，とくに上述の問題点に関連してその組織像と再発との関係に重点をおいて若干の考察を行なつた。

Some studies on clinical findings on 203 cases of urethral caruncle which is 3% of the female pa-tients from the outpatient clinic of the department of urology of the Tokyo Medical and Dental University during the 10 years between 1961 and 1970 and histopathological studies were done on the 59 cases among them.

The recurrence rate was definitly different, inspite of the same treatment, according to the histopatho-logical findings.
