自己陰茎切断症症例

A CASE OF SELF-AMPUTATION OF THE PENIS DURING PSYCHOMOTOR SEIZURE

緒言

　陰茎切断症は陰茎外傷の中に含まれ，非常に珍しいものである。陰茎切断症をその発生機転により分類すると，一般に事故による場合と計画的に行なわれる場合に大別される。われわれは，そのいずれにも属さない意識障害下に行なわれた自傷行為による陰茎切断症例を経験したので報告する。

A case of castration complex, who amputated his own penis during psycomotor seizure, was reported. The patient is a 47 year-old married farmer with 3 children. The patient was brought to our clinic by his family, more than 6 hours after amputation, with the amputated penis and with no memory of what he had done, inspite that the complete amputation of the penis was done at the root of the penis using a grass cutting sickle, by himself, in the morning of September 15, 1970. The bleeding was stopped by contraction of the cutedge and the edge was just sutured without doing any anastomosis.
