北大泌尿器科における睾丸腫瘍症例の遠隔成績

REMOTE RESULTS OF TESTICULAR NEOPLASM FROM THE DEPARTMENT OF UROLOGY SCHOOL OF MEDICINE, HOKKAIDO UNIVERSITY

緒言

　近年睾丸腫瘍の治療成績は向上しているが，わが国における遠隔成績調査は不十分でかつ欧米に比べて成績も悪いようである。われわれは先に幼小児の睾丸腫瘍症例につき予後成績良好であることを報告したが，今回全睾丸腫瘍につき追跡調査の結果を得たので，少ない症例数であるが以下報告する。

38 cases of testicular tumor, were observed at the urological department of Hokkaido University, in the last 18 years and one case (2.63%) occurred in an undescended testicle. The age incidence were, 10below 3 years old, 5 were in their teen, 7 in twenties, 9 in thirties, 5 in fourties, 1 in sixties and one above 70. 27 cases (71%) visited with the chief complaint of indolent mass or induration of scrotal content and 47% of them made their first visit within one month but 26% waited more than 6 months.
