腎移植におけるHL-A検索の必要性

AN ANALYSIS OF HL-A IMCOMPATIBILITY IN RENAL TRANSPLANTATION OF TWO CLINICAL CASES

はじめに

　ヒト同種腎移植^12）の症例数も2,000例余に達し，ようやくドナーとリシピエントとの間の組織適合性因子が近いほど，その臨床成績も良好であるとの報告が得られ，組織適合性抗原の立場から理論的考察が臨床的に裏づけられたといってもよいであろう。

　同種腎移植にとって，リシピエント側の問題はもちろん軽視するわけにはいかないが，そのドナー選択が，その成功の重要な鍵をにぎっているといえよう。日本での腎移植例^15）も116例の登録が報告されてはいるものの，残念なことにまだまだ移植前の組織適合性検査が充分に行なわれているとはいいがたい。

We have been studying histocompatibility test necessary for organ transplantation by lymphocytotoxcity test. The studies on the 2 cases of renal transplantation done at the Urological Department of Keio University, School of Medicine, are reported.
