陰茎折症の3例

THREE CASES OF FRACTURE OF THE PENIS

Ⅰ．緒言

　陰茎折症とは鈍性外力が陰茎深部に作用し海綿体白膜，時に海綿体自身が裂け皮下溢血・血腫形成等をきたす外傷で勃起中に起こることがほとんどである。本症については既に19世紀半ばMottが報告しているが現在でも比較的まれな疾患とされており，本邦においても長谷川，小川（1934）の報告以来今日まで僅かに本症例を含めて47例に過ぎない。最近，われわれもその3例を経験したので報告する。

Three cases of fracture of the penis were reported.

Case 1 is a 38 years old, bamboo rod maker, who had a bruise on his unerected penis by a bam-boo rod which was being polished with a grinder and swelling and deformation of the penis followed.

Case 2 is a 22 years old laborer, who felt a severe pain after a snapping sound at the penis with gradual swelling, early in the morning when he lifted up his erected penis for urination.

Case 3 is a 23 years old clerk, who felt a severe pain after a breaking sound at the penis followed by refraction and swelling early in the morning when he pushed his erected penis toward his abdomen.
