Two cases of fracture of the penis were presented. The first case, 51-year-old school teacher, was treated conservatively and the second case, 29-year-old soldier, was treated surgically, suturing ruptured albuginea. The clinical course of both patients was unevent-full with good sxeual function such as erec-tion and libido. A brief review of some fore-ign literatures and 29 cases reported hitharto in Japan was made.
