緒言
陰茎折症とは多くの場合，勃起した陰茎に鈍性外力が加わることにより，陰茎海綿体，稀には尿道海綿体の白膜が断裂するために起こるもので，比較的稀な疾患である。
当教室においても1965年中西ら1）が本症の1例を報告したが，その後さらに3例を経験したので追加報告するとともに，本邦における症例を集計し文献的考察を加えた。
Three cases of fracture of penis were reported. They were 24, 26 and 33 years old. All of these cases were treated by surgical operation and healed without functional disturbances.
One hundred and eight cases of fracture of penis were collected from the literature in Japan and inclusive of our 3 cases, were discussed.
