神経因性膀胱に発生した膀胱自然破裂の2例

A CASE OF SPONTANEOUS RUPTURE OF THE URINARY BLADDER IN NEUROGENIC BLADDER

Ⅰ．緒言

　交通，労働災害の激増する今日，外傷性膀胱破裂は臨床上かなり頻繁に経験されるものである。しかし，膀胱に何ら特別な外力が加わつたと考えられない，いわゆる膀胱自然破裂は比較的稀であるといわれている。本邦においても後者については結核性萎縮膀胱の自然破裂に関する報告が散見されるのみであつたが，今回我々は神経因性膀胱に発生した膀胱自然破裂症例2例を経験したので，多少の文献的考察を加え報告する。

Many cases of traumatic rupture of the bladder has been reported, but so-called spontaneous rupture of the bladder are rather rare. All of the cases reported in Japan were secondary to tuberculous contra-cted bladder but 2 cases of spontaneous rupture of the bladder were reported which occurred in a neurogenic bladder due to trauma of the pelvic nerve.

Both cases underwent radical hysterectomy and postoperative radiation for cancer of the uterus 4 years ago and ever since they have been complaining dysuria, frequent urination and residual urine.
