膀胱嚢胞腺腫の1例

BENIGH CYSTADENOMA OF THE URINARY BLADDER: a Case Report

Ⅰ．緒言

　膀胱腫瘍のうち，最も多いのは上皮性腫瘍であり，その中でも度々見られるものは乳頭腫および癌腫であつて，その他の腫瘍は比較的稀である。なかでも腺腫はきわめて少ないものの一つであり，かつ発生病理学的にも興味あるものであるが，我々は最近その1例を経験したので報告する。

30 years old female visited our clinic on June 27, 1967, with chief complaint of pollakisuria and miction pain. She has a history of operation of vesicocervical fistula, caused by curettage when she was 24 years old. After this surgical procedure pollakisuria continued several days during menstruation.Cystoscopic findings revealed a little finger tip sized tumor with smooth surface at the upper portion ofthe right ureteral orifice. The tumor was removed surgically and histopathological findings were cysta-denoma.
