陰茎に転移した前立腺癌の1例

METASTATIC TUMOR OF THE PENIS FROM PROSTATIC CARCINOMA: A Case Report

Ⅰ．緒言

　前立腺癌における癌浸潤の拡大経路には局所的拡大，血行性転移および淋巴行性転移があり，おのおのの経路により膀胱，精嚢腺，骨，肺等の諸臓器，骨盤腔淋巴腺および大動脈周囲淋巴腺等に転移をきたすが，性器転移は一般に少なく，なかんずく陰茎への転移は極めて稀なものとされている。Semans　（1938）^11）は140例の前立腺癌中陰茎転移例は1例も認めず，McCrea and Karafin（1958）^12）は500例中僅かに1例を認めたにすぎないという。著者は75才男子に発生した，本邦では国分・小谷（1949）^5），仁平・中川（1962）^9）の報告に次いで第3例目と考えられる陰茎に転移をした前立腺癌の1例を経験したのでここに報告し，併せて若干の文献的考察を加えることにする。

A case of metastatic tumor of the penis from prostatic cancer in a 75 years old male was reported. Case reports on secondary penile tumor are extremely rare and only 11 cases were collected from the Japanese literature and Abeshouse and Abeshouse (1961) has collected 140 cases from the literature abroad.

There were only 3 cases including our case which were secondary from the prostate among the domestic cases and 39 cases from those abroad.

The age incidence of the domestic cases were between 29 and 75 and the foreign cases were between 20 and 80.
