緒言
転移性の陰茎腫瘍は,比較的まれな疾患であるが,われわれは膀胱腫瘍から陰茎に転移した症例を経験したので報告する。
A 78-year-old man was admitted with the complaints of an induration on the dorsal aspect of the penis, urinary frequency, and burning on urination. On examination the patient was severely anemic (hemoglobin 8.7 g/dl). Urinalysis showed hematuria, pyuria and proteinuria. ESR was 95 mm/hour. Renal function was impaired; PSP test 12% (15 min.), Fishberg's test under 1020, Creatinine clearance 49 ml/min. By cystoscopy a nodular tumor with a broad base was seen on the left bladder wall. Chest X-ray showed small-coin-sized densities, which suggested pulmonary metastasis. At IVP the left pyelogram was not demonstrated.
