陰茎ゴム腫の1例

A CASE OF PENILE GUMMA

Ⅰ．緒言

　最近顕症梅毒の増加が指摘されているが，我々は最近比較的まれな陰茎ゴム腫の1例を経験したので報告する。

51 years old railway employee was admitted with the chief complaint of urinary retention and deformation and ulcer covering a wide area of the genitalia on August 19, 1965. Patient had a chance being infected by venereal disease when he was 20 years old and 3 years previously, noticed a shallow ulcer on the scrotal skin resisting to treatment. Early July, 1965, painless multiple induration occured on the glans and shaft of penis and scrotum, which ulcerated with remarkable pus like discharge.
