小児前立腺平滑筋肉腫の1例〔剖検例〕

LEIOMYOSARCOMA OF THE INFANT PROSTATE: Report of an Autopsy Case

　前立腺平滑筋肉腫は数少ない前立腺肉腫の中でも比較的稀な疾患である。我々は膀胱後腔腫瘍の診断のもとに試験開腹，更に死亡まで観察し得た4才幼児の1例を経験したので報告する。

A 3 years and 11 months old boy visited our clinic complaining dysuria and small urinary stream which gradually developed after catheterization for sudden onset of urinary retention. A hemisphrical mass larger than an apple was palpable at the lower abdomen with the upper edge at one finger width lower than the umbilicus and the lower edge reaching under the symphisis pubis. The surface was smooth, elastic hard and no adhesions between the tumor and abdominal wall was noticed. X-ray findings showed normal upper urinary tract and elongated long axis of bladder with elevation and uneven filling defect at the base.
