巨大膀胱憩室の1例

GIANT VESICAL DIVERTICULUM: Report of a Case

Ⅰ．緒言

　膀胱憩室については数多くの報告があり，その診断，治療，病理についてもすでに詳細に検討されている。しかし，その巨大型は比較的少なく，なかでも女子における巨大型は非常に稀なものといわれている。

　著者らは最近，35才の女子に見られた巨大膀胱憩室の1例を経験したので，その概要をここに報告する。

Case: 35 years old housewife. Patient first visited our clinic on June 21, 1965 with the chief complaint of feeling of residual urine. She had a past history of bilateral tubal ligation 11 years previously

Present illness started about 3 to 4 years ago but received no medical treatment. Thorough examination revealed bladder diverticula and left hydronephrosis. On July 7, 1965 diverticulectomy was performed under spinal anesthesia. The size of the excised diverticula was 10×9×7cm with the capacity of approximately 250ml. The outlet of the diverticula was of a thumb tip size located above the left ureteral orifice.
