原発性女子尿道腺癌の1例

PRIMARY ADENOCARCINOMA OF THE FEMALE URETHRA Review and Report of a Case

Ⅰ．緒言

　原発性女子尿道癌は比較的まれな疾患とされ，またとりわけ予後不良である点注目される。

　組織学的に移行上皮癌ならびに扁平上皮癌は尿道の移行上皮およびそれと重層扁平上皮の結合部から発生する一方，腺癌は尿道側管から発生するといわれている。

1) A 51-year-old married woman visited our clinic with the chief complaint of urethral pain and bleeding. Biopsy of the urethra showed a well- differentiated papillary adenocarcinoma which was thought to have arisen from paraurethral glands. Partial urethral resection was done and 6 months after surgery, cystostomy with removal of the urethra and anterior wall of vagina, was per-formed. Microscopic examinations showed adenocarcinoma of the urethra with infiltration to the vaginal anterior wall.
