膀胱周囲血腫の1例

A CASE OF THE PERIVESICAL HEMATOMA

Ⅰ．緒言

　最近，外傷事故が増加の傾向にあるが，下腹部を強打し，膀胱周囲に著明な血腫を生じ腹部腫瘤を主訴として来院，手術により治癒せしめ得た症例を経験したので若干の文献的考察を併せて報告する。

Case is a 70 years old farmer who visited our clinic with the chief complaint of a mass and dull pain at the lower abdomen. 8 days previously, he dealt a heavy blow on his lower abdomen when he tried to jump across a stream with a 5 kg weight burden on his back. 4 days after the trauma, lower abdominal pain became worse and lower abdominal mass appeared at the same time.

Findings by admission revealed a hemispherical mass of 10×10cm in diameter with smooth surface, well demarcated, elastic hard, slight tenderness, was palpable.
