Ⅰ．症例

　患者　葛○保○郎，68才，男子。

　主訴　左鼠径部腫瘤，二段排尿。

Case is a 68 years old male, with the diagnosis of recurrent urinary bladder hernia, benign prostatic hypertrophy and chronic prostatitis, has been complaining of a soft reducible mass at the left inguinale region for 21 years. Past history reveals a radical surgery by Hatagoshi's method for sliding hernia of urinary bladder 9 years ago and another radical surgery by Bassini's method for its recurrence 4 years ago. Patient started to complain 2 stage urination and again noticed a mass at the left inguinale region. Family history reveals 2 boys with inguinale hernia among his 5 children.
