尿膜管結核症の2例

TUBERCULOSIS OF THE URACHUS: Report of Two Cases

I．緒言

　1930年Beggの尿膜管に関する詳細な論文が発表され，更に本邦では1949年辻の総説が出版されて以来，尿膜管に基因する諸疾患の報告例は段々と増加して来ているが，なお比較的稀なものである。特に尿膜管の結核性病変の報告は極めて少く，今日までわずか15例の報告を見るに過ぎない。

　私達は最近，尿膜管の結核2例を経験したので以下報告する。

Tuberculosis of the urachus is a rare condition. Recently experienced 2 cases are reported.

Case 1. 34 year old female. Patient visited our clinic with the chief complaint of leakage of urine from the umbilicus accompanied by pyuria.

Cystoscopic examination revealed remarkable inflammation of the mucosa with a concave at the dome. The contrast media injected from the umbilicus appeared in the bladder by x-ray examination which confirmed the diagnosis of umbilical urinary fistula.
