VESICO-CERVICAL FISTULA

Ⅰ．緒言

　産婦人科的処置による腟性尿漏は，患者の外陰を汚染，皮膚炎をおこし，更に二次感染が加わり，悪臭を放つなど極めて不快の念をいだかせ，患者に与える精神的影響も大きいものである。

　我々は子宮発育不全のために鉗子分娩を行ない，その後発現した腟性尿漏に膀胱子宮頸管瘻を確認した1例を経験したので，症例を報告すると共に本症に対して若干の考察を加えた。

Fistura between the urinary bladder and female sex organs, resulting from obstetric surgery, were often seen in the past years. But recently much more fistura formations have been observed after operations applied for uterus cancer. Vesico-cervical fistula is rare and only 24 cases including this case were collected since the first case.

This case is reported and its symptoms, diagnostic methods and treatment is discussed.

Case is a 27 years old housewife. Married in 1959 but was sterile for some time. Patient became pregnant after 8 months of hormone treatment. Delivery was on September 14, 1965. Portio was incised partially.
