外陰部パジェット病に合併した前立腺マラコプラキア

A case of prostatic malacoplakia with Paget's disease of the vulva

82歳男性，外陰部パジェット病加療中に直腸診にて前立腺に硬結を認め当科受診。PSAは正常範囲内であったが，直腸診にて前立腺癌を疑い，経直腸的前立腺針生検術を施行。病理診断にて前立腺マラコプラキアの診断であった。比較的稀な疾患である。今回外陰部パジェット病に偶然合併した前立腺マラコプラキアを経験したので報告する。

We reported a case of prostatic malakoplakia with Paget's disease of the vulva. A 82-year-old man was treated for Paget's disease of the vulva and findings of digital examination of his prostate were compatible with prostate cancer. In transrectal ultrasonography of prostate, prostate volume was 49.4 cc and hypoechoic lesion was not seen. PSA level was within normal limit. Transrectal needle biopsy of the prostate was reported as prostatic malacoplakia. Prostatic malakoplakia is relatively rare disease. We should be careful in diagnosis of prostate cancer.
