篩骨洞に転移を認めた膀胱癌

A case of bladder cancer with metastasis to the ethmoid sinus

症例は78歳，男性。2009年4月，膀胱癌，T3aN0MOの診断で膀胱全摘術および回腸導管造設術を施行した。病理診断はUC＞SCC，G2，pT3N1M0であった。2011年10月に左顔面の腫脹，血性鼻汁が出現し，当院耳鼻科を受診した。膀胱癌の副鼻腔転移の疑いにて11月に当科紹介となり，加療目的で入院となった。その後，副鼻腔転移に対して放射線照射を予定するも，全身状態悪化により施行前に永眠された。

A 78-year-old man developed metastasis to the ethmoid sinus two years after cystectomy for pT3N1M0 bladder cancer. The patient died one month after the diagnosis of metastatic paranasal tumors. Metastatic tumors of the paranasal sinuses from primary urogenital tumor are rare. Among them, there have been few reports of bladder cancer with metastasis to the paranasal sinus. Furthermore, cases with metastasis to the ethmoid sinus have never been found.
