左側腹部痛を呈した大きな副腎皮質癌

A case of large adrenocortical carcinoma

　症例は56歳，男性。左側腹部痛を主訴に来院した。エコー上，左腎上極に径15cm大の腫瘍を認めた。CT，MRI，内分泌学的検査の結果，副腎皮質癌の診断にて，経腹的左副腎摘出術を施行した。摘出標本の大きさは径18×12×8cm，病理組織学的所見はadrenocortical carcinomaであった。

　A 56-year-old man was admitted to our hospital because of the left flank pain. Transabdominal ultrasonography showed a tumor,15cm in diameter,above the left kidney. Computed tomography,magnetic resonance imaging and hormonal examination suggested that the tumor was an adrenocortical carcinoma. A transabdominal left adrenalectomy was performed. The removed tumor was 18×12×8cm in size,and was hisotopathologiccally an adrenocortical carcinoma.（Rinsho Hinyokika 60：1003-1005,2006）
